Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from Canada.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We have tracked shipping to most of the countries.

How long does the free shipping take?

It depends on where you live but on average 10 - 15 business days but due to COVID some places could take longer to get delivered.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your email once the product(s) is shipped! It will take less than 72 hours since you place the order.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?
